Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible reasons:

  • Wrong model ordered

  • Item not compatible with my system.

  • Item not as expected.



How to return a product:
* Note: Refunds are not available after 60 days of the purchase date.

  1. Download our PDF Replacement Form.

  2. Provide detailed information about the replacement request including your Micro Air EasyStart order number. Your order number should be used for the "RMA" number.

  3. Include the replacement form in the shipment of item/s being returned.

  4. Obtain an appropriate box for shipping the original item back to our location using the address on the form with Attn: Receiving

  5. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is received.
